EDITH STEIN
A student of Edmund Husserl, she did considerable work to bring phenomenology into the orbit of the Catholic Church, and Karol Wojytla who was a big fan of Pier Giorgio, was also a big fan of hers. Had women been allowed to be professors, she certainly would have been one according to Husserl.

PIER GIORGIO:
Canonization date will be around August 1 of next year.

URIEL AND SAVONAROLA.
Uriel and Savonarola are controversial. Please help the university by researching the status of their bona fides. Attorney Carmine Alvino does have a site on Uriel. Savonarola is a Dominican Friar from Firenze, who was burned at the stake for squabbling with the Medicis. He was loved greatly by Pier Giorgio.
